MYLEO CROSSFIT

Myeo is a fitness studio that offers CrossFit, a highly intensive functional group training program. The focus here is primarily on overcoming your inner demons. This is the central theme of the brand and also the logo (idea and design: Tim Löhr). With the interior design, we wanted to make this core theme tangible and create a place that motivates its members at all levels during their training. Our approach: Fitness training is only effective if you do it regularly. So we wanted to create a place with such an atmospheric and special feel that people enjoy spending their free time there, making training easier and becoming a regular part of their everyday lives.
Because it involves lifting heavy weights, we have placed four shipping containers (showers and changing rooms) in the hall so that they almost float.

The café and bar are located below and offer a view of the trainees from a comfortable platform.

The ring lamps above the 6-meter-long table (both: idea and design: Tim Löhr) playfully reference the wooden rings on the training area.

The surrounding wallball targets depict the cheering faces of the members, creating the impression of an arena where the members are cheered on by themselves.

As you enter the parking lot, the large letters on the window ask: Ready to kill your bastard? The answer is emblazoned in giant red letters on the training area: YES.

When the workout begins, the red neon lights above the training area light up and display an oversized GO!
